Chief Executive Officer & Founder
Ali brings over 15 years experience in sales, marketing and management to the team.
Ali holds a BS in Marketing from Miami University (Ohio).
Prior to founding BOOM, Ali was an Events Director for the Home Builder’s Association of Metro Orlando (now GOBA), charged primarily with producing, marketing and selling the Parade of Homes event to the members of the association and the general public.
Ali's innate ability to identify & capitalize on the strengths of her clients has made her an integral part in the success of each new or re-branded business.
Chief Financial Officer & Director of National Accounts
Nick's successful background in software and finance from companies such as IBM, Baxter Pharmaceuticals, TransUnion, and ShopLocal brings a great balance to the BOOM team.
Nick has a BS in Accounting and a minor in Information Technology from Stetson University while excelling as a four year, all conference soccer player.
Throughout his many years in the highly competitive software industry, Nick has discovered that increasing profitability by saving time and money, can go miles in any business, ours as well as yours.
Events Director & Social Media Manager
Sydney brings a fresh and millennial view to the marketing and events team.
Sydney graduated as Valedictorian from Full Sail University with her BA in Entertainment Business. President of her DECA Chapter, she won 1st place in Event Planning and 1st in Marketing Management.
Prior to joining BOOM, Sydney worked with several small companies expanding their social media presence as a freelance Social Media Specialist. She was also the Features Editor for her High School newspaper, which allowed her graphic skills to flourish.
Sydney's excellent work ethic, knowledge of events and marketing, and adaptability makes her a great fit for the BOOM team.
Business Development Manager
Andrew brings an analytical approach with an innovative and young perspective, to find effective solutions to get the job done.
Andrew is a local Seneff Honors college and Valencia alumni, continuing his education in accounting at the University of Central Florida. Founder and President of the Social Entrepreneurship Student Organization, Andrew’s experience with local businesses, social enterprises and non-profits has broadened his horizons to new perspectives to see solutions from any vantage point.
With other experience working in sales, marketing, account management and hospitality, Andrew can be relatable, reliable and relevant. Winning regional and national awards for his work in small business team management and advanced spreadsheet applications, Andrew has shown superior analysis and creative solution development skills.
Andrew’s skills cater to a variety of businesses striving to create standards of precision, accuracy, and integrity. Making him a valuable asset to not only BOOM but, your business as well.
Event & Social Media Coordinator
Kaitlyn contributes creativity and a can-do attitude to the BOOM team.
Kaitlyn graduated Cum Laude from the University of North Florida in 2019, with her Bachelor of Science in Communications with a focus in Public Relations.
Prior to starting with BOOM, Kaitlyn interned with two non-profits in the area. Her experience drives her desire to help her community strive through fun events and innovative marketing.
Kaitlyn's positive attitude, work-ethic, and ambition makes her an excellent team player for BOOM and for your business.

Both the Baldwin Park Residential Owners Association (ROA) and the Baldwin Park Joint Committee have hired Consult Boom to produce and execute events in Baldwin Park since 2014. Consult Boom has provided excellent events that were precisely what was asked of them. They brainstormed with our board members and staff responsible for events, and in every case put together exceptional plans for the events and took care of execution of those plans in a highly professional manner. They have always been on top of everything associated with the events, from coordination with the City of Orlando, complying with regulatory requirements (permits, etc.), coordination with the Orlando Police Department, and seeking out event sponsors, to negotiations with service providers. In every case they have looked out for the best interests of the Joint Committee, the ROA, and the residents of Baldwin Park. I highly recommend them.
